The Kris Yip Memorial Fondo aims to inspire a community where cycling and kindness unite, creating a legacy that celebrates inclusivity, sportsmanship, and heart health for all. This event is a platform for raising awareness of coronary artery disease while honouring Kris’s life and passion through a shared love of cycling. Building on the incredible success of the 2024 Kris Yip Memorial Fondo, we’re thrilled to carry the momentum into the 2025 event, continuing to honour Kris’s legacy and bring our community together in celebration and purpose.

Organized by the Kris Yip Memorial Foundation, this event fosters community through cycling and emphasizes heart health in Northern BC. Participants will ride one of Kris's favourite routes to Eaglet Lake, starting and ending downtown on Canada Games Way. The ride will feature support vehicles, on-site mechanics, and aid stations for a safe experience, concluding with an after-party at Canada Games Plaza with food trucks, music, and good vibes!

10. Can my business have a presence at the event?

Yes, depending on your sponsorship level, you can have a booth or display at Canada Games Plaza during the event. This is a great way to engage directly with participants and showcase your brand.

11. Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?

The Foundation is not registered with the CRA so unable to provide tax receipts. Only donations made through the PG Community Foundation to the Kris Yip Memorial Fund are eligible for receipts.
